When I retired from a career of guiding organizational change, I wrestled with the questions we all have when facing life's inflection points:  Now what? How do I survive and thrive this? What matters most to me, and in this life?

I found that when I connected with my spirit and the sense of Spirit that infuses all of life, I was calmer, and yet more energetic. I felt real hope. I felt more connected to others. I saw new possibilities and changes unfolded more easily. As I listened to peoples' similar struggles to find well-being and wisdom, I knew that my next phase would focus on the journey of inner transformation.

I subsequently trained in spiritual direction at Mount St. Scholastica, a Benedictine monastery in Atchison, KS. I am a certified spiritual director and life coach.

I am trained in the art of deep listening and forming questions to facilitate shifts in inner life. My approach is wholehearted, curious, insightful and practical.

I believe that the Spirit's call to joy and growth - the fullness of life - is for each of us, and is found in every part of life within and between us. I work with people and groups of all religious and no-religious backgrounds.

My inner life is fed by contemplative prayer practice, writing, being in nature, participating in a soul friends group, work with my spiritual director, and engagement in Christian communities.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. I love to cook. I'm always in the middle of a couple of books. I like to stay active with walking, hiking, swimming, yoga and pickleball.
